Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
I enjoyed my stay with a lovely and accommodating staff who made my trip even better. The room had good air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot August days, and the shower had great water pressure. However, the breakfast could use more variety, especially considering the price. Overall, I think this place offers great value for money in a convenient location.

Wow, the freshly prepared salads at nearby Acquapazza were epic, and the gelato at Il Re Gelato took me to dessert heaven! Plus, the staff were super friendly and went the extra mile for us. Can't beat that vibes!
However, the rooms were quite small compared to what the pics showed. Also, we encountered a less-than-pleasant sewage smell that we couldn't escape, and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

I recently stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the cozy Double or Twin Room with a comfy bed and a great waterfall shower. The garden had lovely seating areas where I could chill after a day of exploring and a nice place to grab a coffee in the morning. The only minor issue was that the wifi was a bit spotty in the room, but it was fast in the common areas. 😊

Quiet haven near the city
Our stay was filled with joy. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making our mornings brighter, and the location was perfect for exploring Florence comfortably on foot.
However, the walls were pretty thin, so we could hear some street noise at times, which wasn't ideal for restful nights.

Convenient location for exploring Florence.
The room we stayed in was disappointingly small and poorly maintained. There was an unbearable sewage smell that lingered, making our stay even more uncomfortable. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair in the bathroom and ragged towels that felt unwelcoming.

I spent two nights at Cosmos and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main train station and a quick stroll to the Duomo. The staff were super friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and offered great restaurant recommendations. My room was clean and had the essentials, but it was smaller than I expected for the price. The shower had good water pressure, but the basin had a slight drainage issue, causing a bit of a mess. The breakfast spread could use improvement. it felt limited compared to what I’ve had in other hotels. I did appreciate having free toiletries, but the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when I checked in. Overall, a friendly place with a great location—just a few enhancements could make it even better.

We had an awesome time during our stay! The staff was super helpful. they booked us a great restaurant, and we explored the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Rooms are cozy and come with comfortable beds. The shower was nice, and there's always hot water. Perfect location for walking to sites and the train station!
The only downside was that the room was a bit small for our group with all the luggage we had. But we managed to make it work!

The rooms are disappointingly small compared to pictures!!! A lingering sewage smell was rather unpleasant, and weak toilet flushes just added to the frustrations of the stay!!!

great location but small room
The walking distance to major sights was very convenient for our family with children. The breakfast offered a good value at only €7, making it easy to start our days with energy.
The room felt cramped for our family.
